"is it worth it" is a hard question to answer without knowing a lot of personal circumstances. It depends how much $130 is worth to you.
If you dont mind paying $130 for a place to relax and have some food and a glass of Moet before your flight, then i say go for it.
The EK lounges have a buffet of hot and cold food (served to you by staff). A wide selection of drinks both alcoholic and soft.
Personally i wouldnt pay $130 for it, but then ive always had free access via my EK gold card and Business class travel ticket, so i think if i didnt have those i doubt i would pay cash..
I did however once pay around $100 in DXB to upgrade from C lounge to F lounge on a longish (4.5 hour) layover, as it allowed me a quieter lounge plus an A La Carte menu and some better wines, plus a 15 min spa treatment. So im not totally opposed to paying a little extra for lounge access

The Emirates website suggests that there currently is no EK lounge open at LAX, not even a partner lounge.

Pro tip for LAX (assuming you are on a layover): Leave the airport and catch a taxi or Uber/Lyft over to the In-N-Out Burger on Sepulveda. Enjoy a delicious burger and the best plane spotting on the West Coast.

That sounds like fun. I have a really quick 45 minute flight to LAX. We have an In-n-Out, but I've never actually plane spotted before at Sepulveda. Maybe I'll give it a go!
