EK Your Ticket Options

Hi all,
I purchased a ticket on an OTA (Expedia). This ticket also contains segments operated by other airlines. POS is Italy. Dates of travel before Sep 30 2021.
I'm wondering:
Would I be able to move the EK legs of my ticket (given their Coronavirus ticket options)?
Can I move the non-EK leg of my ticket?
Since POS is Italy can I move the EK legs and then "no-show" for the non-EK leg which is the first segment?

Because you booked through a third-party vendor, you are subject to the fare rules of each carrier for their respective segment with the contractual provisions you agreed to with Expedia over and above those.
You will have to pull those up, especially the Expedia provisions.
