A380s grounded

As you all know Emirates has the largest fleet of A380s in the world and they are all grounded at the moment.

Where have they parked them all and has anyone seen of them being parked? It would be quite a photo!

Nah...I seriously doubt any intelligence agencies will put resources focusing on DXB, especially given UAE can be considered an ally to the West. Intelligence agencies would rather spend their resources across the coast of Dubai - Iran instead.

I trust you're aware that IFlyMoreThanYou was making a totally tongue-in-cheek comment! National intelligence agencies (disregarding military intelligence, which is a contradiction in terms) would be the only entities with access to near live satellite feed, and that's definitely not available to the likes of us.

They're all the same plane, so every tail *will* be the same

I think the poster probably means all the tails are perfectly aligned.

They are parked on a taxiway, so would naturally be aligned on the centre line. There are similar photos of BA A380s parked up somewhere (BOH???).

Edit - the BA A380's are at Chateauroux :-

Sorry I didn’t just mean to cut and run.

What I meant was, I don’t know if its the wind, but if you look at the middle section of every tail each tail fin is in the exact same position on every plane - I don’t know if its a locking mechanism or some other thing, but that’s what I meant by every tail looks the same.

They're just flopping in the wind. A380 split rudder.

Good video -
