WiFi, jetBlue

Hi,
i am a Skywards member but for my next Emirates flight I plan on putting my JetBlue frequent flier information on the reservation to earn JetBlue points.

i am going to do this because I do not plan on any more Emirates travel in the near future but can use the JetBlue points.

Will I still be able to access the free WiFi when I am on my flight? Can I log in using my Skywards account information on that lane? I will be traveling business class.

I am hoping some experts can help me with my question. Thanks in advance.

Thanks. Its a little confusing because in the Emirates WiFi info page it says:

Be sure to log in as a member and not a guest. So was wondering what happens if i log in on board using my account info.

You shouldn't be able to, as your Skywards number won't be registered to any pax on the flight. If they allowed it I could give my number and password to friends and family to get free wifi

Makes sense. Looks like Ill just take the partner miles and just use the tiny bit of WiFi provided to non members. Some disconnected time might be nice. lol

Anecdotally - I have shared my skywards login details with non-FF friends and they have been able to log in. That was a year + ago when I was still gold!

When you try to log in, you will get an error message "the skywards member is not a registered passenger on this flight, please log in as "guest"" - and pay.
