Extra baggage allowance Alaska-Emirates

Extra baggage allowance Alaska-Emirates
I have three different flights in my itinerary as follows.
Flight 1: Alaska Airlines
Flight 2 and 3 : Emirates
I am getting below message when I try to buy extra baggage through Emirates manage booking page.
You cannot purchase excess baggage allowance for this flight, because it is not operated by Emirates or you are connecting to/from a flight not operated by Emirates.
Please let me know what are the options I have to buy extra baggage.

I am going to pay with Cash. Exact route will
Alaska : Phoenix (PHX) --> Seattle (SEA)
Emirates : Seattle (SEA) --> Dubai Intl Arpt (DXB)
Emirates : Dubai Intl Arpt (DXB) --> Cochin Internation Arpt (COK)
I am getting two 23KG check-in baggage with the ticket but I need to buy two more check-in baggage with cash(credit card).

I will try and update this thread.
Update:
Alaska call center agent mentioned that I will not be able to purchase additional baggage in online. I can only buy additional baggage at Airport counter when I check-in my bags. I have to pay Emirates baggage fee for additional baggage and Alaska fee will not be applicable.
