No, the bar stays open on all EK flights until around 40 minutes before arrival.

At EK the bar never closes. It's why we fly them

And generally, the staff don't seem to like it when it's empty. I'm not sure if they volunteer to do the bar, but the most "chatty" ones always seem to be there. So, even if you're the only one there, you'll have somebody to talk to (if that's what you want of course).
