EK805 What to expect for breakfast?

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if you have any experiance or know how on what I can expect on EK805, currently booked on Ecomomy, hopefully waiting for the upgrade offer. Thinking if upgrade does not work out then Economy it is. The only thing I was unsure about was what they serve on Economy since its a morning flight, seems EK does not seem to list anything, my wife will be having a special meal (vegi), I was consdering swapping to the same if the breakfast is not exceptional, not a fan of eggs and my flight last week with Turkish Airlines, all I can say breakfast was much to be desired. Any help would be appreciated

All I can say is this: If you're having a y breakfast, prepare for eggs.

You will get breakfast which will definitely have an egg option. Just eat at the airport if you are concerned the onboard menu won't appeal to you.

Not sure if they offer the Hindu Veg meal on this route but that might be a good way to avoid eggs.

I'm afraid that you can be sure of!

And yes, last time I has breakfast in Y (twice) both options were egg - based (DXB/LGW and DXB/CPT)

Thanks Guys, I've changed it to Non Veg Hindu Meal. I would hope no egg option

I would have eaten at the airport but I have 90 mins between my flights assuming they are on time. I put 20 getting through security, 20 mins at next gate, leaves me with around 30 mins to change, shower and hopefully grab a quick bite at the Marhaba Lounge if I have the time. If inbound from LHR is delayed which it seems to be over the last few days then I have less connecting time.

Non veg Hindu might very well be egg. Veg Hindu would guarantee no egg as in India egg is considered non veg
