Downgraded from F to J because of equipment swap. Only offered a ticket refund or another flight, neither of which works for me. Any other options/compensation ever offered. Not very happy about it.
How far out were you notified? If it's a 3-class to 2-class that there's not much you can do.

What other resolution is there? Hoping they'll change back to a 3-class for you?
