Less skyward points were credit
I travelled from Mumbai to sao Paulo and at that time my skyward miles were added using Flex but when I returned from Sao Paulo to Mumbai , It was added using saver which reduced my total points by more than half.
can you please tell why it was added from Saver and not flex and what is the criteria to choose the same.

What does your ticket say, was your return portion booked in Flex? I suggest submitting the contact form on the EK website with the details of your booking asking them to check it, you can also send a DM to @EmiratesSupport on Twitter with your booking reference and ask them to escalate it
