Pyjamas on Day flight?

Before I make my next booking I wanted to ask, will I be given Pijamas/Amenity kit on an 9 hours day flight to Dubai? Or must I book the mid-night flight to secure my Pijamas/Amenity kit in first class?

Kindly answer only if you are sure. I don't want to book a day flight when pijamas are not handed on day long-haul flights.......

Pyjamas are not given as standard on day flights. If you ask nicely they may have some. I bring my own PJs on day flights. I have some nice Spongebob PJs that I could lend you..

Heads up, the A380 overnight flight is known for delays in serving breakfast

And no sugar in hot chocolate either. The EK office in HKG (where you have to go to change your flight), is far away, an expensive taxi ride.

Since the price of night and day flights are the same, I wouldn't say no

Who cares? As long as I'm in first class then I'll be happy

I will let the Concierge in the hotel sort out this issue
I would just go to the galley myself to get my Sugar

My only prior EK day flight was DXB to JFK in F on the a380 and pajamas were given out. That is an ultra long haul flight though. Has EK discontinued all pajamas in F on all day flights now?

Service differs between flights over/under approx 9.5hrs, above 9.5 as you say they're ULH and get better service (incl. better blankets in Y)
