QF F lounge access

Hello experts. In a couple of days I’m flying SYD to SIN on EK5061, an EK codeshare operated by Qantas. My business partner is on the same plane, but he is booked on QF81.

I am EK Platinum and so can use the QF First lounge in Sydney. Am I able to guest in my bus partner? Or will he be rejected because I’m on EK5061 and he’s QF81?

Thanks.

While I can't claim to be an expert, I would say yes to being accepted.
It would be a bit of a stretch to argue you're not on the same flight.

I can get a guest in the QF F lounge in MEL when I fly QF and him JQ so this should be fine. QF ground crew are very understanding.

Are you flying today? I'll be in the SYD QF F lounge from 12-3.
