Early check-in at SIN
Will be travelling on EK404 SIN-MEL with a scheduled departure time of 2240 and have checked baggage to drop off. According to the Changi Airport web site, early check-in is available at the EK counters from 1430 to 1710; is this correct? I called EK Singapore to clarify and the agent just advised 3.5h prior to departure.

They'll be open for the earlier flights...

And they'll definitely accept checked bags for later flights?
