P2 available tonight upon request on EK206 JFK-MXP, even for PDB.
Will report back for my Sunday MXP-DXB sector Edited to add: seems only 1 bottle was available, and it was depleted within 1hr after departure |

I'm thinking odds of P2 are higher if it's stand-alone because of depletion on the flight from JFK. Counter point would be that EK does not load/serve P2 on the standalone route. Let us know. |

I'd notch that as a win!

It's one of the stand-alones (EK102 10:25am departure on 77W) and as of right now looks like I'm the only one booked in F. Unfortunately J and Y loads look pretty full so I wouldn't be surprised if F goes out full with op ups.

Excellent. Very nice. I suspect that having it on the sector to DXB on EK206 is less likely -- unless they load 4 bottles at DXB with new/very clear instructions to only open 1 bottle per sector and actually abide by them.
I also think I may be the only one drinking it on this flight (maybe 3 other F pax) as we’re about 1hr from landing I just polished off the 2nd bottle LOL For scientific purposes I may have to finish this glass quick and ask for another, to determine whether more than 3 bottles are ever loaded :D |

Yes and there were at least 2 bottles on this flight. 2nd one was opened during the meal service. Perhaps no one drank any on the inbound?

Honestly as a seasoned EK F flyer, I agree with the sentiment of 77W F. Unless I’m going straight to the office/meeting, the shower on the A380 is not necessary. The suite on the 777s just feels more spacious and the service is almost always better. |

Can confirm that they only had 2 bottles of P2.

There was about 3/4 of a bottle of Dom P2 on today’s SYD-CHC run when I boarded.
An hour or so into the flight and there was none left. (It was very delicious though after I had finished my ‘does it taste the same in the air as it does on the ground?’ experiment. I needed several glasses in both scenarios to make sure. :D) After exhausting supplies of the P2, I moved onto the Louis Latour Corton Charlemagne and was quite satisfied with that too. EDIT - also on the CHC-SYD flight on new year's eve. There are worse ways of spending new year's eve than drinking a whole bottle of Dom P2 and eating caviar! |
Very pleased to report that P2 is available on BKK-HKG today, even for PDB.
I fear we may run out before departure if there’s only one bottle as it’s being proactively offered to everyone! Edit: 2nd bottle was opened after takeoff. Really amazing that they have 2 bottles for this 2.5hr 5th freedom flight. |

But it was sad to see the pax in front of me take a sip of the P2, use it for her photo op, and then the FA cleared an almost full glass... |
CMB-MLE-DXB
Only F passenger on CMB to MLE. FA proactively offered P2 and mentioned 2 bottles catered on this flight.
3/4 of the bottle already polished off. :D |
P2 was available on both HYD-DXB and DXB-JFK last night/today. Don’t know how many bottles as I didn’t have any. I needed to detox for this journey home :p
Side note, for the first time in my many years of flying EK, I was told my entree choice was no longer available. It was the chicken (shish taouk) on DXB-JFK. Not a huge deal but I was surprised since I’ve never had them run out of an option before. I did sleep for the first 8hrs of the flight so that may have played a part in it. And the rest of the menu looked pretty meh so most pax may have chosen the chicken. |
