Tax calculator
Don't know if anyone can help, but I can find a mileage calculator but no tax calculator on the Emirates web site.
It's easy enough to see how many miles and how much tax you have to pay if you have the required amount of miles but I'm trying to work out if it's worth saving a few more miles so put myself in F rather than J.
Scenario is I want to travel from LHR to CRK say for the month of September, and I can see that it will cost 150,000 miles and 808 in J, I know it will be 225,000 in F but as I don't have that amount of miles yet I can't see how much the tax will be.
Any ideas?

A revenue booking in J Saver showed me taxes of 839.15 GBP. In F Flex it showed exactly the same. Put in your dates and see if you can get something to compare with 808.
For the dates I put in, there was no F Service from DXB-CEB-CRK. I don't know if that's true for every day, but something to be aware of.

Is it a case of you having enough miles to be able to look at the F option or is there another way of finding out?

I looked at regular paid for bookings and tried to get a number to compare with your 808 figure. The tax and carrier charges can be seen broken down somewhere in the booking process.
