Upgrade availability
Hello all,
I'm keen to upgrade some travel in Sept. I'm flying Y flex SYD-GLA and looking to upgrade to J with miles.
Have had no upgrade availability yet but wondering if anyone had an idea about how far before I can get some availability on this route?

Who'd have guessed....
Set an Expertflyer alert, that's the best way to get it.
Seat maps are completely unreliable in showing availability, especially given that a lot of pax need to pay to select a seat. Also, seats being available != upgrade availability

The last time we upgraded with miles (besides the recent J-F sale) was DXB-MRU; availability opened up about one week prior to the flight. The return never did open up, but happily we both received an op-up.
