How Many Meals?

Usually I fly a combination of Y/J between Australia and Europe. My first leg will always be 2x main meal services and one snack. My European legs however vary considerably. I almost always fly into the UK. I find if I leave in the AM I will get breakfast and lunch, but in the afternoon I'll get one meal and a snack. That was until the other week, when I was given lunch and dinner in Y between DXB and GLA.

Has anyone else found these things unpredictable?

Not at all unpredictable - in fact I find it the complete opposite as the menus are available well in advance allowing me to adjust to whatever time zone my body clock is in for that journey.

as above... you can find entire menus for your flight in whichever class in the "see what's on my flight" section of emirates.com, in advance so there should really be no surprises. Even if you're not in the current month, you can get an idea of what meals will be served, if not the exact dishes.
