Connection time in DXB
Hi all - just looking for some advice on an itinerary. I'm going CMB-DXB-JFK with only a 90-minute layover in DXB. Is that cutting it too close? The flight leaves CMB at around 10 PM. This isn't until the fall so the construction will allegedly be over at CMB. If it matters, I'm flying in F and have already spent plenty of time in the FCL. Thanks!

should be enough time, don't worry. even in the remote possibility you miss your connection, they will put you on the next flight

One of my most common itineraries I fly has a 100min layover in DXB. I've always had plenty of time as have my bags.

I usually find that anything above 45-50 mins is enough for EK connections.

Had 70min on Monday due to a delay and had time for a quick breakfast at the lounge and a coffee at Costa. I was lucky with Gate positioning though

Thanks for all of the replies! I'll stick with the 90-minute layover then. We are family of four but only carrying hand luggage so hopefully it'll all work out.
