It's only a question of proportion.
It's not that there are too many F pax. It's just that there are too many EK flyers.
This said, how many times did I see JCL pax checking in at F desk ... (obvious when the JCL tag is put on their checked luggages ...
I fully agree that EK F ground services is almost non existent.

When I flew into and out of DXB Concourse D in First with BA I was pleasantly surprised by the meet and greet service - wasn't expecting it given the poor Heathrow experience. It was Marhaba.
EK F service comes to a crashing halt at the airbridge!
Perhaps BA have noticed the gap, hence their investment??

For me it's the basics. Getting my bag off quickly. Twice in the last 4 flights from BKK to LHR I've had to wait nearly an hour, something to do with the quick transit time in DBX whereby they put the bags into a smaller hold.

Hi guys,
sorry if I use this thread but I don't know where to ask
I'm flying from KIX to DXB in F, then from DXB to HAM in J.
I've the right to access in F lounge in DXB or I shall use the Business one?
Thanks for the help, but I don't have found nowhere any lounge policy on EK website

Even you obviously have time enough to spend a lot of it here, you should read all postings in this thread before you feel to give a statement!
My statement was referring to eternaltransit statement from October 1st.
So stay calm in your E-Class !

Check-in is done by IO team. When you arrive at the airport, the luggage is taken away from you directly. The Chauffeur is informing the IO team regarding your luggage while bringing you to the airport. The same system in all the airports I've flown from so far.
