Z showing available but no upgrade to 1st
Hello,
I am flying EK 227 from DXB to SEA on May 8th. I checked expert flyer and it shows "Z" available for upgrade. However when I call there is nothing. Any experience with this or thoughts? thanks

Given that there are no award flights showing as available on Emirates's website for that journey and that award flights can be found for other routes, I would suggest that the most likely cause is that Expert Flyer is wrong
