Then again, Oman are starting MAN flights next year, so maybe they know more than me :D |

The UK is a special market for EK because London is by far the number one source for overnight visitors to DXB - i.e. their most significant O&D market.
A lot of that travel seems to be leisure demand - DXB is the new Southern Europe for many - so combine that with summer holidays in the UK and all the normal connecting traffic and you see UK loads being what they are. It remains to be seen whether this will hold up with the fall in the value of GBP! |

DXB DFW keeps the B77W. Resumption of A380 service has been cancelled.
