Probably not significantly earlier. Most outstations stick to the 3 hr rule - and as often contract staff not much incentive to do otherwise. Sometimes they will open a few minutes earlier but not to be relied on.

We're planing to do online check-in but we'll have to drop off the bags so we'll need their counter.
