Where? There's not really a distinction except at DXB (but even then not always) and I'd imagine at DXB you'd get the F vehicle if available

Do i still get the J vehicle after miles upgrade from J to F?
There is a bit of a distinction in DUB - S Class for F and a bit of pot luck for C (E class, maybe S class, think I had a A6 once as well). |
Just wondering - Does the driver normally give me a call/ message when he is outside or does he normally arrive early so I can go out XX minutes early for him to be outside ?

Sometimes you get a message or a call if you haven't come out yet after the pickup time. The drivers generally arrive 20 mins early. Every city is different

When a black Mercedes arrives on my doorstep about 15 minutes before the appointed time, it is extremely likely that it is my CD. By the time I am outside he has opened the door and the boot / trunk. Not that many black Mercs cruising there.....at hotels it may well be very different. ;) |

I have a couple of questions as this is the first time I have used the chauffeur service firstly I am a couple of miles over the mileage limit how do I pay the extra and secondly we travel on Wednesday and I haven't heard from the chauffeur company to confirm, should I be worried?? Any advice is grateful received  |

Just identify yourself to them and be on your way |
