How status heavy is BOS?

How status heavy is BOS?
I have a situation - am booked Y DXB-BOS in about 2 weeks time. Unable to do miles upgrade although J and F are wide open. A friendly agent told me Y is already overbooked.

My question - how status heavy is this route?

Not too heavy. On my last two trips I was the only Plat on the flight.
