Emirates Skywards

Booked a business class flight from Glasgow to Sydney via Dubai with Emirates have always travelled with them with no complaints, although this time has been a major let down. I asked my travel agent beforehand to make sure the flight was with Emirates for the dates I needed, they came back to me with a good flight but with a QF code, but said it was Emirates owned and operated, I called Emirates office just to check that I would indeed be awarded my skywards miles on these flights and was told a definite yes. Since then I have been awarded my miles for some of the journey then they took them away again!! seems im dealing with more than one department! one email said the miles where awarded and on the same day another email from a different department said the miles had not, can you please please get your act together on this, all the flights where operated by Emirates staff, I checked in on Emirates website, arranged car pick ups etc on Emirates website so why cant I get my skywards miles? Now when I log in, it says my miles are under review? very convenient as it seems to take forever, and by the time its sorted will be out of date....Etihad airlines are looking better by the minute!!

OP may think that Emirates operates this thread - which (for OP's information) it does not, it is part of a forum for frequent travelers.

Maybe talking to CS on the phone (since I see you refer to e-mails from them) and talking to a supervisor could provide a resolution?
