Three breakfasts?

On the route HKG-DXB (departing midnight, arriving early morning), transferring to DXB-GLA (departing early morning, arriving late morning), what is the meal sequence in economy? Dinner, breakfast, breakfast, breakfast?

If yes, how much variety is there in the breakfasts?

Thats pretty much spot on. You'll definitely get dinner and lunch on the HKG sector. The GLA sector I think and if I remember the services correctly it may be dinner then breakfast again.
In Y/C you'll have 2 different breakfast options.

And if you can get yourself into a lounge ahead of your DXB-GLA sector, you could squeeze in another breakfast ......

Sometimes my body clock and sense of time gets so messed up ( along with the alcohol in my tummy) and I've asked for garlic bread from the bread basket for breakfast.

On my HKG-DXB-NCE flights the service is Dinner-Breakfast on the first leg, and then Breakfast-Lunch to Nice... I usually sleep until landing and skip HKG-DXB breakfast (and dinner most of the time) and get a decent breakfast at the lounge, then skip the plastic omelette from the other flight

Thanks for this! How come a lunch on HKG-DXB though?

Breakfast, garlic bread, alcohol... I've never flown between Asia and Europe with a stop "in the middle" so quite intrigued to see how this pans out

Reminds me slightly of a TG flight I had from NRT-BKK where we were served breakfast after takeoff at 10am, then a cabin attendant swept round the curtain with a bottle and asked "would you like some brandy sir"?

Hot breakfast will be served before landing in DXB, while continental breakfast will be offered on the way to Glasgow.

Lunch because I wasn't fully awake at the time of writing it and as a result of lack of my breakfast tea I put lunch. Should be breakfast haha!
