Checking In baggage during a transit
Hey all...
I have an upcoming flight KHI-DXB-CPT, i have a 7 hour transit in dubai, by choice, am going to try and make it longer by taking an even earlier flight out of KHI. ticket only allows one stopover in DXB, which i am taking on the return leg. If i am checked in for the DXB-CPT leg when i check in at KHI (with no bags), will i be able to check in a bag at DXB? Basically, i want to go home (DXB) grab my luggage and get back to the airport

I just did it. I had an overnight in DXB due to conx times and needed an overnight suitcase but didn't want to deal with it afterwards. It was easily checked and no questions were asked.
