lost bag

The cabin crew forgot to give me my garment bag from the plane last night...I was in 2A on EK18.

Nothing in lost and found - I've emailed EK

Anyone got a number I can escalate to? It has my wedding suit and 2 brand new pairs of trousers in it.

So dissapointing it wasn't handed to me as usual

... You're blaming them but you somehow completely forgot about it? Hmmm, I'd check a mirror before firing shots at others.

It is the crew's job to hand me my suit carrier back when they take it off you. Yes I forgot about it as I had a lot of luggage but this is First and I would expect as they have done every other time to help me and pass it to me.

Me too but that doesn't excuse you. I doubt you had a lot of luggage with you in F.

Whilst I was in the exact situation as you and my jacket did go missing somehow, I blame myself for not remembering. Yes I agree the crew are supposed to return it back to you but you can't blame them entirely for forgetting if you forgot your own things especially that it was hanging in your suite

I was my fault partly of course. I did have a lot of bags - a large picture, a suit bag, a holdall and then the bag with the pj's and amenity kit and slippers. I did drink 2 bottles of Dom and had a very busy week!

They have my bag in lost and found so I have to go to the airport to collect - my view is they should send it out to me!

I think that's not a reasonable expectation.

If you left your bag on the train, would you really expect them to take it back to you? Even if you were in First Class?
I'd just be glad I got it back. As for your suits, hopefully they will be "found" but it looks unlikely. Take it on the chin, claim on your travel insurance, learn from it and maybe it will sharpen your focus the next time.
No pun intended. Good luck.

For a ticket that cost nearly 4 thousand pounds I don't agree. Everyone is entitled to an opinion.

At least it is at lost and found and I will go and collect it tonight.

Everyone with a brain, yes. Someone who forgets their wedding suit and 2 brand new pairs of trousers because they're so p*ssed, not so much.
