New website - promo missing
"Rewarding journey" - a promo of EK of awarding bonus miles at end of one's review period provided the traveller has met the target tier miles. This along with 15% discount for online reward booking to be used within 6 months of getting the bonus miles.
Do any of you FF recall this deal? I dont see it anymore on the new site...

My year ends Oct. and stand to loose 65k bonus miles. Can you find out? Thx

I inquired with an EK supervisor working on the Platinum team whether this benefit survives the upgrade to Platinum (in my case, I renewed Gold on Dec 31st and was pretty close to reaching the reward level by now, so a significant loss).
He remarked that "this is not something that had been discussed before but that he would look into it". Appreciate any info, Eightblack.
In a way, I thought a 'somewhat' fair offset was the second platinum voucher at 175k tier miles within 10 months, but with that disappeared, it seems we may be lefty with nothing?
