My wife and I will be flying on Emirates JFK-SYD connecting through DXB. I see that both our arriving and departing flights at DXB are in Terminal 3 so I am presuming our two (2) hour connection time is more than enough time. Any information on the connection process at DXB will be much appreciated. Also waiting between flights which lounge will we be using since we are flying FC on both segments? Thanks.

Two hours will be plenty time for a connection.
You will be welcome to use the First Class lounge in the concourse nearest your departure gate. Depending on your plane you will probably be arriving or departing on Concourse A or B. Transferring between the two is just a simple MRT train ride underneath the airport. The airport is heavily signposted so you will be fine and should have enough time for a couple drinks before boarding.

Yes. After leaving your plane you will proceed through security. As you are travelling in F though you can go to a Fast Track queue. I've not found the queues to be any wait (unless a few planes have just arrived at your security check too).
