EK DFW-DXB Flight Experience?

Hello All,

I am planning a trip to India from Chicago in December and one option is DFW-DXB-HYD. Has anyone recently flown Dallas to Dubai on Emirates in economy? How was the flight experience, loads, food, etc? Thanks!!

DFW-DXB is a flight of around 15 hours, give or take. You'll get two meals (lunch and breakfast) and a snack in between. EK has the best IFE. Some find the 10-abrest Y seating tight.

10-12 hours into the flight, when you want to stretch out a bit and you find that there is nowhere to go because the alleys next to the toilets are completely blocked with people wanting to use the loo, you'll feel like jumping off the plane

I never found the loos to be that busy on 4 very very full flights i have been on in Y.

I am a big guy, i found there was ample leg room, and didnt find the seating as tight as everyone says and the isles are narrow but not impassable.

IFE was excellent.
