Seats again!!
You guys were really helpful in making all my seat choices for my big adventure so thank you. Now I've gone back in to check everything is still okay and the flight from AKL to DXB has been rescheduled and now arrives 15 minutes earlier, this is fine but my seat choices have disappeared and when you go into choose a seat the AKL - DXB flight does not show so I can't select seats. Anyone know why or how I can fix this?

Thanks for your swift response. Its EK407 on 14 April leaving AKL at 17.50, it is showing as an A380 via Melbourne, it's always been shwoing as an A380. I had definately selected my seats but now in MMB it's showing as NONE in seat selection at the top and when I click on select seats that leg does not show in the boxes at the top? I'm probably worrying unnecessarily and being so far away it will be fine but this is a holiday of a lifetime and I want everything to be perfect!!

A change in schedule requires the customer to be notified. Until they are, features like seat selection become unavailable.
Give them a call and they'll clear the notification "flag" and you'll be back to where you were. IME the previous seat selections will still be there.
