Hi,
I am doing my routine flight DUR-DXB-LHR and LGW-DXB-DUR departing on 25-12-12 and returning on 13-12-13
I am flying on the following flights
DUR-DXB EK0776 (777-300ER)
DXB-LHR EK0029 (777-300ER)
LGW-DXB EK0010 (777-300ER)
DXB-DUR EK0775 (777-300ER)
My question is regarding an upgrade. I am flying in Y on a flex fare and have 40 000 miles. I don't know which flight to upgrade because I don't know which one has the best J seats. I want the lie-flats and not the reclining seats that are on some 777s. Can someone please advise me which flight would be the best to upgrade on to avoid having the reclining seats.
I am unsure of the seats on the flights because of the upgrading of aircraft(from the old A330) on the DUR-DXB leg and I normally fly A380 to LHR and have never before flown out of LGW
I have never flown on these flights before so I don't know whether the planes are new or old
Your help would be appreciated

The EK29 would definitely have new J seats, and it is supposed to upgrade to the 380 in January next year if I'm not mistaken. I don't think flights as long as DUR would have the old seats, but you never know...

Thanks for the quick replies,
I think ill upgrade the DUR-DXB leg for 37500 miles as it is almost a 9 hour flight and ill have more time to enjoy J.
9 hours of the new J
It's good that they have upgraded the Durban plane as the A330 was worn and horrible, although I have found the 777 really cramped. What are the best J and Y seats in the plane so that I get the most comfort as possible? I am travelling alone and don't mind the light and noise from the lavatories. I am flying in 3-class 777's all the way
Thanks
