Hi guys,

Was on flight EK039 from DXB to BHX on 7th May and had a drunk passenger on board behind me, he kept putting his hands through the gaps and pressing trying to physically hurt me and the two kids next to us, mid flight after falling off to sleep i was woken up by his hand grasping onto my head and pushing down on, he verbally abused me a few times. The man tried jumping over my seat as well. I complained to the steward and all that happened was the air marshal came over and spoke to him, he was not restrained and so I could not rest for the remainder of my flight as i was fearful of being attacked in my sleep. Who on earth can I email? I leave the UK on the 10th.

I am a skywards member and i have been extremely loyal to the airline.

What do you think the flight attendant should have done?

It sounds like you would prefer the passenger to have been placed in restraints all the way to BHX? Or should the aircraft have been diverted to deplane the passenger? Should you have been upgraded for the inconvenience?
