Skywards Special Menu - How does it work ?

Hi there!

Does anyone know how Skywards special menu system work or anyone experienced this service? I mean the special menu where we can indicate what we don't want to be included in our meal. I found this option only in Skywards account's preferences. So what do I have to select for meals in EK Manage a Booking for get this special menu.
