Does EK participate in any US FF programs?

Does EK participate in any US FF programs?
Hi everyone. I have a trip to the Middle East coming up and would consider flying EK, but I rarely travel to this region and don't see the point of joining Skywards. I looked at the web site but can't see that EK offers credit in any other carriers' program as an alternative, which seems a bit surprising. QR would also be an option for this trip, and it looks like they give credit in the UA Mileage Plus program. Does anyone know for sure? Thanks!

EK used to partner up with United and Continental, but United ended the partnership. They say they're in the process of trying to rope in one of the smaller carriers as a partner, but don't expect that to happen for a while.
