API question for an upcoming flight

Have an upcoming flight from ISB -> DXB -> JFK.

Does US/TSA mandate that API (advanced passenger info) must be entered in couple of days prior to the flight (originating from muslim countries)? or can I just give that info upon check-in at the airport.

Thanks.

Check in is fine. It just speeds up the process if you do it online, but I'm sure the large majority of customers do not. And even if you do, staff would have to check the accuracy of the information you have entered.

Doesn't matter, your info will as such be verified during checkin. I don't think it has anything to do with muslim countries there is no such discrimination.

Only passengers from ESTA countries have to file the info beforehand online.

If you have the time, do it. It speeds up your check-in, which is always a nice thing.
