DXB to AMM
I'm new to EK and will be flying this route next month in Business but am wondering if there will be a jetway in AMM upon arrival? If not, I will have to ask for assistance to carry my small bag down the stairs due to an injury and am wondering if this is something I should arrange with EK beforehand? Thanks.

Both times I have been there, they had a jetway.
You should definitely let them know, they have different assistance services which you can find here. http://www.emirates.com/ae/english/p...ial_needs.aspx
Anyhow I don't see it being a problem, I would assume staff or fellow passengers would be willing to help or maybe I just see the good in people.

Thanks, and if they use jetways there will be no problem. I look perfectly strong and healthy so it's not apparent that I need help but I will definitely be notifying the airline just in case.

All widebodies in AMM use jetways. I have been in and out of AMM at least 10 times using EK and always had a jetway. Only single-aisle aircraft use stairs, and this seems exclusively done by RJ (only twice using RJ did the aircraft use a jetway).
