Lost gold status as I didn't do enough travel last year (ironic as previosu year I had pneumonia and so was not flying for 3 months but still managed it) so won't have lounge access in Manchester for forthcoming trip to Colombo. If anyone can guest me in I will be very appreciative (and will even buy them a drink in the lounge - oh wait that isn't actually much of an offer ;-) ). At least I will get access in Dubai (I was Silver when there was no lounge access to refurbishment work).

Ah ok. I will arrive in DXB at 23:40 on the 5th. Thought you might be also arriving so late. Would have been at least worth a try to get you into the first lounge.
