777 Replacement ???

I've just noticed the aircraft in the back ground behind Tim Clark.

It looks like an A350, but it doesn't have the right wing tips, and when I enlarge the picture, I can't make out what is says on the front side of the aircraft ?

Whats your take on this guys ? Could this in any way be the replacement 777 aircraft Boeing has said it is working on with Emirates help ?

Emirates has ordered a lot of A350s (and no 787s) to supplement it's future fleet. There is no secret that these will be the backbone of the airline's expansion into mid sized markets in the future, both replacing and supplementing the 777.

Deliveries won't start for a few more years, but I'm very curious about EK's next generation hard product.

I considerd it being the Dreamliner, but it doesn't have the raked wings as you can see.

Could this be EK teasing us with Boeings 777 replacement next generation hard product ? Keep that image in mind, we just might see more of it at the Paris Air Show.

I have not seen pictures of that rumored Boeing project any where, this just might be it.

By the way, the front of the aircraft seems to say Boeing something, so probably not an Airbus. But then EK haven't ordered any 787s!
