New EK Website
EK has redone parts of it's website, primarily the main central panel that lets you book flights etc. Looks a lot nicer at first glance.
It looks like only the UAE site has been updated at this point. They've added some functionality and improved the GUI, but other parts of the site remain the same, for now.
Let the discussions begin!

It can take up to 24-hours for the updates to propagate through the various servers around the world. Singapore is up and running now...
I like it. Especially the ability to choose the fare basis per segment (ie Business on the outbound, economy on the return).
Now EK's IT department just need to work on letting me buy a Flex fare, and also show me the price to upgrade the fare from either Y to J (or J to F) for each segment or the total ticket.
In my view, they are leaving a lot of money on the table...

New Website - Apple - Camino browser issue
Sadly I cannot enter Departure or Arrival airports in the new booking engine using a Camino browser on my Apple computer. Seems to work using Firefox or Safari though. Thank goodness for multiple browsers!

I want to select J for the SYD > DXB leg then Y for DXB > HAM, but I can't.

Yes, for simple return trips (ie SIN-MEL-SIN). Multi-city you have to do the old way and it takes more steps.

Having trouble with the new graphics not disappearing when one selects an option (ticketing, etc). Wait, let me try again.... no, it's definitely buggered.

The entire inbound or outbound needs to be in the same class. You can do SYD - HAM in J and HAM - SYD in Y, but not SYD - DXB in J and DXB - HAM in Y. This is where upgrading with miles becomes useful!
