Question EK385 question

One question on EK385 HKG-BKK-DXB: The stopover in BKK only last for about an hour and I suppose passengers will have to deplane. Is there anywhere to go (like a lounge or something, will be travelling in F), especially at that time of day (around midnight)?

Sorry, didn't find it (although I did a search)...

But I'm referring to the other direction, from HKG to DXB. I'm completely happy not having to deplane, as long as no deplaning is required (or allowed) in this direction, too.

Pax on EK 385 HKG/BKK/DXB bound for DXB are requested to stay on the plane after the plane lands in BKK. Pax exiting the plane at BKK are requested to show their boarding pass stub as they exit the gate into the main hallway to go to immigration, to confirm that the pax is indeed allowed to deplane at BKK.

Yea I think the thread was about something else but the topic cropped up. It is true in both directions - onward pax stay onboard.

I flew this leg recently. Initially pax for DXB were recommended to stay on the aircraft, and then told they had to. No one was checking boarding passes when I exited. I barely saw a person stay on althought maybe most were terminating in BKK?
