Promotion Codes

Hey there,

I was having a look but I could not find anything near I found in the Miles and More forum.

I am wondering if there is a sub-category of promotion codes on Emirates.

Or does one have by any chance a code handy for a flight from AMS to CPT mid this year?

Cheers
Dex

Unfortunately, there are no codes around that once entered, you scored a price discount by 10% or so .. if there are codes, then these are for companion fares or very specific codes .. at least none that can apply across the board.

But I hear you, the promotion code box on the website looks very tempting..

If you have a UK Barclaycard try UKBARC1 which gives about 10 off per person.

How did one find these codes then? Sounds all conspiracy theory and very exciting!

as i said in this thread, the codes are still working, i tried the HSBC and arsenal codes and its giving me 12 pounds off an approx 690 pound ticket. Well, any discount is better than nothing, but would be nice to have a bigger 20-30 pound discount. I tried searching the web but couldnt find anything better

I just bought my ticket. The HSBC code did not work. Well it worked, right up to the point where i tried to pay and it kept saying invalid card....even though I bank with HSBC UK......

i tried the arsenal code UKARSN1 and it worked

http://www.arsenal.com/membership/emirates-flights

if you click on the link to the emirates page, it has the code and info there. Supposedly valid till end march this year.

nothing indicates you need to be a member to get it. perhaps someone can try using the code outside the UK as well?

I think even if you are in the UK, if you try to make a booking that doesn't originate in the UK you will not be allowed to do it.

yea you're right. i just tried it and its only for uk originating flights. this is a bit silly though. i would have thought they'd want to fly arsenal fans INTO the uk to watch matches lol....

i did try searching, but i couldnt find anything else. The american express code looks like its for the US, someone should give it a shot and see if its still valid.

2% discount is decidedly stingy, but i suppose the 12 quid i saved would nicely subsidize a bottle of booze from the duty free

and 2% off a J or F ticket would mean a decent saving...

the 2% offered by booking from emirates is better than that 0.68% though.

emirates does some very cheap flights on my london-singapore route, but you have to stop in colombo as well, and they are saver tickets. these are the ones that show up when i search by price (dates flexible)
