Student T-fare upgradeable ?

Hi there,

I am currently looking at a oneway student fare in T class.
Would that be upgradeable ? What fare fare class (I think it used to be C) do I have to search to know before buying the ticket that my upgrade will be successful ?

Cheers

Upgrade inventory is now D class. If you mean some sort of discounted fare for students, that's probably a saver, so keep in mind you'll be needing a lot more miles to upgrade than for a flex.

There's nothing like a 'student' fare - all fares are upgradeable though except discounted employee fares etc.

Well it's a STA Travel fare marked as student fare, which books into T class. Obviously there's no difference in terms of upgrades.

I recently bought a student fare on Emirates. It ended up being skywards flex (JFK-DXB-BOM vv) so could be upgraded for fewer miles than the saver ticket.
