Help with a booking

I have been trying to book online Sydney Rome Sydney for over a week and keep getting the following error: "Sorry, we were temporarily unable to process your request due to a technical problem".

Tried different browsers and computers with no luck. The issue seems to relate to the final Dubai - Sydney leg in economy in early July (as business seems to work). Does anyone know if their is a sheduling or equipment change pending or have any other ideas, customer service has fobbed it off so far.

The last time I had trouble with a booking was when Emirates was given a shoulder curfew slot that was later withdrawn and the 40 minute change in scheduling caused a problem.

Give us exact dates and we'll try on our side.

I don't know your exact dates, but I've just done a dummy booking for 15th June until 7th July and been offered availability in Y, J or F on any mix of EK413/419/97 and 95 outbound and EK96/98/412 and 418 inbound.

This was on both the UK and the Global site.

I often see EK418/419 blocked out trips from the UK when booking flights to BKK as if they're trying to keep that for people going on to SYD or CHC. Maybe something similar here although not obvious why (to me).

Thanks for that. Still no luck this end.

Outbound is SYD - BHX 1-June then returning Rome (FCO) - Sydney 4 - July.

Appreciate the feedback..

So its not SYD-DXB-FCO-DXB-SYD? Try the multi-trip option if it is SYD-DXB-BHX-FCO-DXB-SYD.

Thanks for the time. Emirates have sent the following and helped with a booking....

"Please be advised our online booking tool is facing some technical difficulties while quoting a fare for Multi Destination routes due to which you are unable to make a booking online."

Which is fair enough and their help is appreciated.

have you tried kayak.com? I tried a few dummy runs and was able to get itineraries each time.
