mileage differences and expiration date discrepancy
My wife and I flew exactly the flights together and accumulated the same tier miles last year.
However, at the end of last year I received additional 5000 skywards "year end bonus" miles and she didn't. Also on the skywards website, my silver status expired as of September of 2010 but my wife's skywards tier status will continue until February of 2011.
I'm puzzled. Anyone experience anything similar?
