Ship4free on Skywards
Just had a update email from Skywards site with a promo code and a few items that Emirates might think that i might want to waste my points on.
In my opinion Emirates High Street is not worth spending my miles on and you can buy cheaper if you wanted any of those items from the Net.
I have use my Points for 2 free flights over the last 2 years and a upgrade and if i was to pay for those items, It would have cost me 2,000 which is far better value

I guess this comes to personal taste / circumstances.
It was only the other week that I was complaining about some old (about 70k) BA miles that I have, and didn't know what to do with them.
Miles are great for upgrading (when seats are available) but not everyone will want to do this. Equally, reward flights are great, assuming you have somewhere to go and there's availability.
I'd imagine there are a fair few customers who fly as part of their job (i.e. company pays for J or F tickets) who wouldn't mind a free golf club now and then.
Suppose we all have different views, but IMO it's good that Emirates at least offers us a choice.
