Smile Help required about Skywards

Hello all!!

Newbie here, needed some help with navigating the website. How do I enter in a flight that Ive already flown on, went from DXB to IAH last week. I cannot for the life of me figure out where to enter it all in. Even have the paper ticket with me, all the boarding passes and all.

All I can figure out is how to book a flight, but obviously I dont need to be doing that.

Any help at all appreciated.

Thankyou!

Welcome to FT Ajmood!

Do you need to get mileage credit for the flight you flew?
Was your skywards number entered when you checked-in for the flight?
In that case, the flight mileage should post automatically.

If not, you can probably scan the boarding passes and email them to a skywards center near you requesting credit:

Alternatively, if you have your skywards number etc, log onto www.skywards.com and enter your number and password. Under the TAB Earn & Spend, the second one from the bottom is Claim Missing Miles, if you have all your details, it will automatically credit them directly into your account.

I have done this and they do go in automatically

Good luck!
