Has anyone else noticed these issues with Skywards website? Go to the brief My Itinerary form accessed from the summary page after logging in. For an upcoming trip it still shows "old" Skywards miles (ie pre 2010 changes) even though this was a recent purchase.
Also, on the Tier Status page I have miles "since achievement" showing. However, I just regained status last week so surely this should be reset to zero. Any ideas or is this just a poorly made website?
