DXB-PER
I have lots of Starwood points and I'd like to transfer some to EK for One-Way award from DXB-PER. It seems that there is First (Z) & Business (D) Award availability for the dates that I'd like. I was wondering:
1. How many miles would it cost for a one-way First Class ticket from DXB-PER?
2. Which is a better product, the 77L or A340-500?
3. Do either of those provide flat-beds in Business Class?
Thanks!

The Mileage Calculator says 122,500 Skywards Miles for a First Skywards Flex Reward, or 90,000 for a Business Skywards Flex.
Savers are not available on oneway awards.

Keep in mind that flex awards are more expensive than savers, and one ways can only be flex awards.
The 77L has 8 suites, the 345 12 suites. Someone who has tried both can answer this question.
77L has lie flats in business. 345 has a crappy sleeper seat.

If going F, then it's the 77L: seats are wider, suites are roomier, and it's newer interiors with wide screens.
If going J, it's the A345, albeit older seats and not lie flats, shoulder and seat widths are much better than in the cramped 77L with the small side walls at elbow height making the whole experience rather unpleasant.
