Lack of product information on website

I hope someone at EK is reading this. IT especially.

I was looking at their website, and there is no comprehensive product (seat) information available. Yes, we all know about the showers onboard the A380, but the photos and videos (ones that work - 380 J doesn't) are marketing hype, and not real product information. Also, there are so many different product versions out there, services by flight should link to a page with details about the kind of seat. In fact, the 'new to our cabins' link leads to the old (non A380 product), and you need to go to our fleet -> A380 to see photos and videos of it.

On an unrelated note, I just realized we've been losing a lot of miles because of the stupid monthly opt-in for mileage accelerator for tickets not purchased online.
